Technical service
Our own local technicians, who possess years
of experience, undertake a wide spectrum of
responsibilities, from routine tasks such as
preparing replacement parts lists to complex
projects such as installing and starting up
complete lines. Our clients can also count on
the support of these local technicians to resolve
operational problems should they arise. 
Post-sales service
P.I.E. is present in Miami as well as Colombia,
Venezuela, and Mexico, thus delivering functional
and logistic advantages. Our clients receive
expeditious and excellent post-sales support.
